Voor dit bier hebben we onze Scheepstimmerman te rijpen gelegd op PX sherry vaten. Na een rijping van 18 maanden heeft het bier nog een finish van 6 maanden op Tawny port vaten gehad.

Expect rich mouthfeel and a lot of flavor from maple sirup. It´s almost like you could serve pancakes with this stout, but we also recomend it with desserts,

Marsh & Mallow is deep black in colour with ruby red nuances and a creamy, tan head. The aroma combines roasted malt, cocoa and vanilla, with subtle marshmallow tones. The taste is balanced, with chocolate, mild coffee and caramel.

For this small batch of Druif, we had the honour to work with the renowned Jean-Pierre Robinot. For this field blend, we macerated destemmed grapes for six months on jonge lambik in a wooden barrel.
