This is a cold-mashed imperial stout with huge amounts of barley and wheat. Contains cocoa-nibs from Nortico in Costa Rica, which is fermented and roasted to suit this bourbon barrel aged stout.
Barrel aged for 15 months on bourbon-barrels.
Expect rich mouthfeel and a lot of flavor from maple sirup. It´s almost like you could serve pancakes with this stout, but we also recomend it with desserts,
ice cream or alone.
Selected bourbon barrels impart complexity, with notes of vanilla and oak blending seamlessly with a concentrated malt character and luscious mouthfeel.

Double Imperial Stout 12,7%. This beer is inspired by cool nights in the great outdoors; sharing stories under the stars with a mug of hot cocoa, a full hip flask and marshmallows toasting over the glowing embers.
This imperial stout was aged for 2 years in rum and cognac barrels . The rum barrels take the main stage with notes of cocoa, coconut, vanilla, dark fruits, burnt sugar and sweet candied fruits coming from the cognac barrels.
Aged in a white muscat Rakia barrels (Bulgarian Brandy) for 12 months, our goal was to make a beer that can really soak up the essence of the Rakia barrel. Up front there are notes of Raisons, plums, toast, mocha and a long vanilla oak finish.
