a Belgian quadrupel matured in American and French red wine barrels for two years. The barrels adds spice and notes of cranberries, blackberries and licorice. The leftover tannins from the wine adds mouthfeel to this robust beer.
Heavy black stout matured in a selection of fresh bourbon whiskey barrels and fresh armagnac barrels. Here is plenty of salty licorice, vanilla, ammonia, dried fruit and roasted coffee. 11%
Imperial Stout aged for 12 months in Plantation rum barrels. After that we blended it with fresh Stout to achieve a balanced and smooth profile and then we conditioned it in large amounts of cocoa nibs from Ghana, pecan nuts and Tahitian vanilla beans.
Providence is a rich and silky Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with Senzu Coffee Roasters. After 16 months of deep rest in Wild Turkey bourbon barrels, it was conditioned in absurd amounts of Peruvian coffee and vanilla beans from Madagascar.
Coffee & Maple Imperial Stout Aged in Jack Daniel's Barrels. This beer has been aged for 6 months in Jack´s Daniels Tennessee Whiskey barrels and given a dose of Canadian maple syrup and nicaragua coffee from Pilsen´s Pappa Coffee to add to its decadence
Barley Wine, aged in a 30 year Oloroso Cask and has a nutty, spicy profile, with suggestions of tobacco, leather and dried fruits. The profile will continue to change as it matures but it’s a delicious beer to enjoy now.
