To celebrate the 7th vintage we hand selected some of the finest small batch whiskey casks from our friends at Teeling's Irish Whiskey. This year's vintage was racked to those barrels back in October 2020.
Barrel-aged imperial stout. 13,6%. It is then aged in Bourbon and rum barrels for another nine months, creating a rich and complex blend of flavours and a dense and velvet beer on the palate.
13.2% 160/- Shilling Ale. Collab with Tempest Brewing Co. A modern take on a traditional Scottish 160/- shilling ale, brewed with wildflower honey and aged in a blend of Glen Garioch and Auchentoshan whisky casks.
This Barleywine has been aged for 24 months in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. It is named after the brewery's cat and part of the profits will be donated to animal protection associations.
Kentucky Grand Cru is a barrel-aged Imperial Stout aged in bourbon and French oak barrels for 12 to 14 months and conditioned with lightly toasted coconut. 12,5%
