A toasty and rich imperial porter. The aroma shows rich chocolate, with hints of dark dried plums and burnt caramel. The taste is warming, full-bodied with a silky texture. The soft sweetness of dark chocolate is prominent in the taste. 11,5%
The cloudy, velvety body, fermented with a home-made yeast strain, hides a powerful dose of tropical and citrus fruits, including notes of mango, melon and grapefruit, with a subtle share of blueberry, strawberry and spice notes.
Collab with the Japanese UCHU brewery. A Sour IPA, topped up with aromatic Strata hops and fruit purees of strawberries, bananas and calamansi, which are complemented by aromatic additions of vanilla, coconut and cinnamon.
Påske is a fresh and fruity New England-style IPA with a soft mouthfeel and smooth bitterness. Generously hopped with Eclipse, Mandarina Bavaria, and Citra hops for a pronounced hop character of mandarin, pineapple, and peach.
