De rijke Nederlandse quadrupel Zuster Agatha wordt elke winter eenmalig gebrouwen met een lichte houtrijping. Deze extra rijping verstevigt de licht gebrande moutsmaken met tonen van vanille en tannine.
Smooth porter with caramel, coffee and dark chocolate flavours accompanied by firm hoppy bitterness and silky texture. Beneath the velvety foam we find rich dark chocolate, caramel maltiness and cocoa.
This doppelbock has a deep malty aroma with hints of caramel and dried fruits, like fig and plum. The mouthfeel is rich and full-bodied with some warmth. Flavour showcases malty sweetness balanced by a subtle hop bitterness.
