It is a privilege to bring you our second stout - Duality - brewed in collaboration with the legends of dark beers from Tallinn - Põhjala.
The base beer was tuned towards layers of malty, coffee and chocolate notes. We share a common interest towards great coffee so that was a must have adjunct. Ugandan Vanilla beans compliment the flavor profile on top of a T H I C C imperial stout at 12%
Relying on the expertise of the Põhjala crew we chose Brazilian coffee beans from Santa Cecília from a Tallin roastery Paper Mill which is a specialty roastery focused on ethical, light-roast coffee. We hope you enjoy this beer as much as we did creating it.
