Where other cheeses dry and get a hard rind, the Stompetoren Grand Cru remains cutable with a thin rind. The Grand Cru is a cheese that the cheese masters are rightfully proud of. The cheese is irresistibly tasty for lovers of old cheese. Also delicious with a glass of port.
