This farmhouse ale was brewed at the beginning of 2019 with organic dark malts and wheat and then racked to ex wine oak barrels for a 2 years long ageing. We got aged local Tuscan tobacco leaves (Kentucky variety) from a local farm. We added them directly to the barrel for a brief maceration. It deserves a few minutes in the glass, for all the complexity to come out.
