A virtual brew on St. Patrick’s Day 2021 with Kelsey Grammer. First off we brewed a coffee-infused milk stout. We then aged this in fresh Irish whiskey barrels. The result is an amazing Irish coffee stout.
Timothy's Monster 2022 was aged for 8-12 months in bourbon barrels from Maker's Mark, Clermont Springs and Buffalo Trace. We then added freshly roasted Ugandan cacao beans, Pala coffee beans and madagascan vanilla beans. 10%
