Danche from Ethiopia brings sweet strawberry, raspberry and peach notes. Buesaco Collective from Colombia adds blackberry, soft black tea and toffee, while Rony Herrera from Nicaragua rounds it out with raisin, mandarin and a touch of pear. Brewed with 33% rye malt for a chewy, warming body, adding a touch of cinnamon spice and soft caramel warmth. Our IPA yeast lifts the fruit notes and softens the mouthfeel, turning this bold brew into a smooth, slow-sipping dessert beer.
