Aged predominantly in Rum, Whisky and Port casks, with a touch of wine cask, it makes for an extraordinary experience. The deep amber colour and caramel aromas blend with fruity notes of sultanas and dates. The taste reveals complex layers of caramel, toffee and vanilla, enhanced by hints of oak and a pleasant lingering spiciness that adds energy. A beer that enchants with its harmony. Dedicated to a special person who passed away a few years ago: our dear carpenter Mansueto. We made the barrel supports with him that are now used in our cellar. Mansueto shared with us his passion for wood and for things made with his hands.
