96% Arborio rice, onions, vegetable broth [salt, potato starch, maltodextrin, yeast extract, vegetable extracts (carrots, onions), sunflower oil, herb extracts], turmeric, parsley, 0.05% saffron. May contain traces of GLUTEN, NUTS and CELERY. Made in Italy.
Fry the risotto in a pan with olive oil, salt, pepper and onions. Add 850ml of warm water and during the cooking some vegetable broth. Cooking time: 15-20 minutes. Let it steep briefly and refine with some butter & parmesan.
