Põhjala uit Tallinn brouwt bier geïnspireerd op de Estlandse keuken, Scandinavische natuur en de Craft-bier brouwers uit Engeland, VS en Scandinavië. Hopsoorten worden hoofdzakelijk uit 'nieuwe-wereld' landen geïmporteerd. Põhjala is vooral internationaal bekend geworden door de Barrel-Aged bieren; de zogenaamde "Cellar Series".
