Cervesa Espiga - Omnia (collab SOMA)

Omnia is born from the collaboration between Espiga and SOMA Beer, uniting two creative visions in a Triple IPA that seeks to express the pure energy exuded by the hops. The name symbolises this sensory, almost synaesthetic explosion, in which the aromas and flavours seem to transform into music: a vibrant, intense and enveloping rhythm that accompanies every sip. Omnia is an ode to the aromatic power and creative freedom shared by both breweries.

On the nose, this Triple IPA unfolds an exuberant aromatic spectrum, where Mosaic, Citra, Nectaron and Superdelic hops intertwine to offer nuances of ripe pineapple, juicy mango, passion fruit and a bright citrus note. Deeper notes of peach, a soft resinous quality, and an almost sweet tropical edge complete a complex and explosive bouquet, true to the spirit of its name.

On the palate, the 9.5% ABV is surprisingly smooth, thanks to a silky malt base that supports the hoppy intensity without losing balance. The bitterness is firm yet clean, giving way to a torrent of tropical fruit, sweet citrus, and herbal nuances that flow seamlessly. The texture is full and juicy, with a soft carbonation that enhances the beer's modern and fresh character.
