Creamy, soft, fluffy and BIG, without losing its drinkability. Yep, that’s almost every Liquid Dessert, but this one is so full of oats that it is our new king of fluffiness.

You’ll find flavors of rich toffee, roasted chocolate from the malts and a creamy aftertaste from the oats. But, it’s not a banoffee without banana, so we used a special yeast at a high temperature to get this flavor going, with a little banana addition to get that lovely subtle banana flavor in the beer. Not too much, just right. We also used a malt that we never used before, black wheat malts, really really worked out well Cheers!
